The Spawn City Convention Center, located at 4 S Highway 18, Spawn City, Arioyund, was one of the earlier buildings to start construction in Downtown Spawn City, but one of the last to be finished.

The ground floor has entrances in the center on Highway 18, directly across from the [[Downtown Freebuild Community Center|Builds/Downtown Freebuild Community Center]], as well as on the southwest corner for easy access to the [[Spawn City Transit Centre|Builds/Spawn City Transit Centre]]. On the ground floor is a Quick Travel button to the [[Ayrith Town Hall|Builds/Ayrith Town Hall]], elevators to the upper floor and previously planned floors, and a timeline of its history on signs behind the elevator.

The convention floor itself is an open-concept area with high walls and open ceilings, decorated with a variety of plants. There is an emergency exit in the southwest corner and a water-drop exit by the elevators.

### Design and History
+
Initially planned to be Spikemart before being somewhat abandoned, the Convention Center sat as a shell of a building with first-floor walls and a four-story empty quartz frame reaching up into the sky for years before being converted to a Quick Travel Station to the new world spawn and eventually also becoming the Convention Center.

The signs on the first floor give the following timeline:
+
- 2022 December 23rd: Adjacent Highway 18 is completed.
+
- 2023 May 17th: Building's frame is constructed.
+
- 2023 July 24th: Construction zone marked on Highway 18, scaffolding is put up, and elevators are constructed.

- 2025 January 3rd: Spawn moves to Ayrith, Brynhild.
+
- 2025 May 11th: First floor redone, Quick Travel Station opens.

- 2025 July 13th: Second floor Convention Center opens.
