On 2015 September 19th, the Supercraft Police Department was formed with Kaderp, Maxster77, and Spikej555 as its first officers. Other than making occasional referrals to the elected Supreme Justice and investigating the rare grief or theft, they did very little. Bans/expulsions were done by way of a vote open to members of the team (occasionally only those who had played for at least 72000 ticks that season) until Season 19 ended in 2019.

At some point, AceofHearts became the Supercraft Fire Chief / Marshal, and helped with fire mitigation both on the Supercraft Minecraft servers and on Supercraft Unturned, where he united with Spike to form a combined Supercraft Department of Public Safety, performing fire prevention and mitigation as well as investigation and rule enforcement functions.

With the start of Season 20 as Project GM22 in 2022, the typical player count and general team activity level were reduced to the point that the administration was heavily simplified from what was outlined in the 2016 Regulations and 2017 Constitution. The legislature dissolved in 2019, [[F3rahgo|Players/Inactive/F3rahgo]] (the third and final Supreme Justice) was inactive, and there weren't enough active voters to meet the voting thresholds.

As part of that simplification, the Supercraft Police Department and Supercraft Fire Department merged in Minecraft as well to form the Supercraft Department of Public Safety, now handling everything the independent departments did before, as well as bans and appeals.
